Black Friday is here and so of course you know this means ...SALES.. whether it be sales that makes sense or one which may just be business owners playing on innocent clients minds and money (yes, there  are fake sales organized by businesses, in that they will change the prices of items before the sales and then make a reduction back to the main or actual price before the sales started making it seem like it was a sale.) Many clients are beginning to catch up on stores and businesses who do these.

Black Friday, though it started from the United States was encouraged and started to reduce pricing for clients and to get ride of out of season or old items from stores for new items to come to be sold. It is also a time and an opportunity for new businesses to attract clients to themselves through the deals they can offer.

In as much as this day is always fun and you could get new and ridiculous prices on certain items, its important that your have the best and not just waste time or more. So here are some tips to help you secure the best deals either online or in stores.

1. Carry out your Research/Plan
Going ahead to have a plan for your shopping. While it may seem like doing a research is a lot of work, it is actually quite simple. Think about the stores you have to go to, write down a list of the times you need or do a wish list on the online stores you wish to buy items from, this makes shopping online faster before all items are sold off.  You could also decide on the stores with a particularly free layout that allows for free movement during the sales and one that you are familiar with. Set your alarm clock to wake you up early for the day.  Most stores start to hand out flyers  one month in advance before the D-day, make sure to pick one to check out all the prices and compare prices. Online the pre-black Friday prices show up next or underneath the actual prices of items.
Part of your planning is to ensure that you also have a very precise shopping. This list should have been done and ready before the day to avoid confusion and indecisiveness from adding new items that you may start to contemplate on compromise  one for another.

2. Understand what Black Friday offers
Because there is such a thing as Cyber Monday, you will need to know which one you will like to purchase your product from. Also while its recommended to shop online there is also plenty of sales that are only available only in store, so you will need to check this out.

3. Sign up for alerts.
Signing up for alerts(email or phone alerts)  with your favorite stores makes it possible for you to be among the first to receive discount information and promotions that have already been activated or will be active on black Friday saving you from running around checking items on the D-day .

4. Compare Prices
Check comparison sites regularly to know the price differences before settling on a price . Amazon has a good comparison site. Ensure that the prices compared are in real time not prices as at the previous months.

5. App Download
In the world of modern mobile phone applications, there are a lot of apps that can be used  for shopping or that are specifically targeted at the Black Friday frenzy. They compile all deals in your zone or locality then send them to your phone making it easier to shop on the day and have an idea on the best deals. Some apps download coupons to your phone while keeping track of your store reward points. To get the best apps type 'black friday" into your apps search home and use the apps with the best reviews and a high number of people subscriptions.

HAPPY SHOPPING , BE NICE TO OTHERS ON THE DAY :)
