Sleep......Oh Sleep! How best to do it.




Ok. This is an area I have been wanting to share with you guys since. Personally I agree with folks that say that waking up or getting up from bed should be an Olympic game, because seriously.....its that hard! lol.
I love my sleep and getting up from it is a taskkkkk.....don't laugh, it's serious(straight face and then a laugh). Click for tips.......



Sleep is goodddd for the health, yep! Infact major illnesses have been linked to lack of sleep or sleep deprivation, such as Heart disease, Stroke and diabetes! Yes, you heard me right, also on the list is depression,  impaired thinking and learning abilities as well as speeds up the process of aging(Now see why I tell people to sleep. some illnesses are not that far to figure out the course, of course it can be hereditary if your parents were not sleeping well and now you too ain't sleeping well, duuhhhhh!)

Anyways I have the simple cure or prevention from all you. So if you are not thinking of dying soon or you still want to be Hot, its time to start sleeping well or better. There are things you DO NOT want to do before going to bed or if you need to sleep better /wake up at your best:

1. Don't drink coffee before bed and cut done on coffee entirely
2. Cut down on alcohol
3. Don't go to bed hungry
4. Don't go to bed overfed
5. Don't go to bed thirsty.
6. Don't stare at large screens before bed including your Laptop
7. For the love of God.....please do not snooze your alarm device.


After taking note to not do the above, now DO the following below:

1. Make sure to have a 6 hours sleep.
2. Have sleep schedule
3. Once out of bed, drink a glass of water - this will help flush out all the toxins in the body,      
    dehydrate the body which will aid your youthful and it is good for the brain.
4. Put your alarm at some distance away from the bed, so you will need to walk to switch it off.
5. Set yourself for success.
6. Most important of all, have plans for when you wake up (Ask your self, why am I waking up early? Is it to pray? Exercise? Or Read?)
7. Ladies, Please get a day for your beauty sleep where you can sleep an 1 hour  or more longer if you have not had 6 hours in a week


Whatever be the reason for waking up early? You have to ensure that you are waking up with the mentality of a champ not a scrub.

If none helps to wake up better, you can just sleep more, looooll....kidding.
