Kim Kardashian business, Your entrepreneurship.

Helllooooo guys! Top of the weekend. So I wasn't able to get up early for the morning exercise today, :( but I was able to do the spiritual one which involves my bible, my knees on the floor and speaking to my Lord God, it was such a blessing as usual. Hope you got time alone with Him today too?.
Click to see what am talking about today.....

Kim Kardashian in her new hair, they say blondes have the most fun...
I, like most have noticed Kim Kardashian's new hair and as much as I do not despise it, I have to say how good her management teams are. They always figure out how to keep her in the news at most time. This is very much key for them and trust me there is a lot to learn from her(which may not be what some of you want to hear, but guess what there is a positive in every negative,..... the truth ain't always sweet) for entrepreneur and organisations alike. You don't even need to read the big books to foster ahead in your business, paying attention to some big names and how they sell their business is sometimes what is needed if not all.

Genuinely open your mind up and look at the business "Kim Kardashian" not everything is about "the hair" or "tapes". What can you incorporate into your business, think outside the box here. Let me point you to a few and  you can take it from there:
Kris Jenner, Olivier Rousteing, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West
1. First on her team is her mom, Kris Jenner - This is someone who loves her genuinely and is truly loyal to her, not just that she also knows her onions as a "momanger" - word for a mom manager. Who is on your team in your business?

2. Kim is very loyal to her management team and willing to listen to them or better yet try out their plans, are you loyal or listening to your team or you just the bossy boss, drunk on false leadership?

3. Whatever news turned on the Kim Kardashian name, the team definitely knows how to turn it to their favour, bad or good. How is your company viewed? Has the negative press set you back or you are thriving on it? How has your PR team handled it?

4. What jobs are you willing to accept and which ones are you refusing?
Kim and her hubby, Kanye West
5. Don't be afraid to let some employee go or the only employee you have go because of some kind of fear. There are thousands of people who are willing and wanting to work with you, who will be truly loyal to you. Ask Kim, am sure some man is waiting to marry her if it doesn't work out between her and Kanye...(Not wishing her any ill luck tho)

6. Are you so busy focused on the opinions of others about your business and letting that set you back or are you willing to take as much risk in your business like Kim?

7. What are you selling and how confident are you in your products or services? Even in the midst of bad press or opinions about your product, would you still stand and rebrand or improve?

These are just a few points to get you thinking outside the box.... look deeper and you will find that there are lessons to learn here. I like her new hair and its getting her all the press. Toodles.

....xoxo
Jesus loves you
