Look good with style and be super sexy!
Sportswear has been in vogue since 2015, note that when people say “sportswear in vogue” they don’t actually mean the ACTUAL Sportswear (simple one), they mean sportswear designed by fashion designers. They mean you should wear the ones made by designers, not the street price, even though all that most designers do is remake the old ones. Because you see, that old football t-shirt in your room can be remade and improved to make it look brand new and sexy......


But do you need to spend all that money to look fab? The theory behind expensive exercise clothes is that if you know you look good in them, you’ll exercise more. But I say you can look good in any fitting exercise wear and enjoy exercise. See, exercise is not a lifestyle statement and it most definitely does not require hundreds of pounds or dollars of expenditure. Yes ke, trust me!!😃
The importance of looking good while exercising cannot be over emphasised, it affects both your performance, your mentality and your swag……. hehehe.
Over the years, Fashion has been proven to affect the way our brain functions, you see, uniforms are not just about choice or identifying teams, they also play a major role in how the teams or students function. Remember how you felt in that school uniform?
HOW DOES CLOTHING AFFECT EXERCISE PERFORMANCE AND YOU?
Physical: You want to go for clothing that will make you more aerodynamic (not to fly biko….heheheh), Comfort, wearing clothes that will fit well often allows more free movements, making room for more natural movements.
Looking good as always been a good business for both singles (trust me ladies there are various men looking at you and hoping for a chat……ehehn!! ), married, them hubbies will like to follow you to that gym when you are looking sexy and confident, spicing up a lot in your relationship, from communication to spicy sex actions and closer relationship…. common goal will be fostered no matter how old you both are.
Mental: 
Mental: not meaning to go all scientific on you ladies, but well….. sometimes, often times more like it, colours and luck equate to success. What am I saying? Simple colours add to your luck for the day… helping you improve confidence The July 2010 issue of "Psychological Science" profiled a study conducted by Lysann Damisch and others in the psychology department at the University of Cologne, Germany. The study showed that a good luck charm can help a person improve her confidence in her own abilities. Experiments concluded that good luck charms and good luck-related sayings, such as "break a leg," helped performance.
Perception
You will agree with me that one of the main reasons we go to gym is to improve confidence, Donc, (So), why not wear that colour that looks awesome on you? 
Tiger Woods traditionally wears red on the final day of a tournament. In October 2009, a young fan asked Woods why he wears red on his website. He answered that his mother considers red his power color. Bring out that power and feel great if you must, ain’t nothing wrong with that.
DO NOT WEAR COMPRESSED CLOTHING: clothing too tight and reducing movement, such as that girdle or trimming undergarments.
Summary for confidence, improved performance, freedom of movement, wear colours, colours!!!!

WHAT TO INCEST ON IN GYM WEAR?
FOOTWEAR: 
Track sports such as running, jogging, require you to move in only one direction or use other minimal footwork, while most others require aggressive forward, backward and lateral movements such as Aerobics and muscular exercises. A running or aerobics shoe might not offer you the lateral stability, flexion and traction you need for other sports. The right shoe and the right fit are crucial to prevent blisters, slipping and cramps. Have your feet measured for both length and width. Not all manufacturers offer their shoes in your choice of size and width. If you have weak ankles, high-tops might be appropriate. Your arches might also dictate what type of shoe you need, or if you need to insert orthotics.
Buy shoes one sizes larger for spots to give you that desired comfort and reduce blisters
EXERCISE ACCESSORIES:
Some accessories like music gadgets are a necessity especially if you don’t go for group exercises where there is already music or someone shouting out instructions from the front. Phone carrier gadgets, time and distance coverage monitors, water bottle, the fancier they are, the better etc. 
Sportsbras(colourful): You can never go wrong with a solid, soft, sports bra.
TIPS!!!! TIPS!!! TIPS!!!!
1. Shoes!, shoes!! Make sure to wear the right shoes as mentioned earlier, and make sure they are clean at allllllll times. All sports shoes are not same, if you treat them same, you will have pains
2. Shorts that are baggy and stop on your knees make you look shorter and not sexy or attractive.
3. Wear from office to gym days.
4. Wearing tights under your shorts and make you feel comfortable and like a superhero, but make sure the colours complement and they fit appropriately.
5. Saggy and big pants make you look short and heavy avoid wearing them to the gym except if you are already 6.5 plus, if you are short they don’t make you look cute, please. Ever wonder why basketball starts are always wearing them?
6. Sports bra… wow, Magic for the breast when exercising to get those perky breast, wink! wink!! …..) I use them all the time and bouyyyyyyy am I so glad. Trick, get a size under or exact
7. For night running, jogging makes sure your get neon coloured sportswear and shoes to reflect the colours in the dark to keep you safe.
8. Buy good waist banded (big bands) for the pants to help keep your posture while exercising.
9. Running waistbands help keep water and other accessories and are good for your posture while running or jogging 
10. Sports are not just in the gym or running the street etc, you could also go hiking with friends, these are good times to enjoy and discover nature or your environment, meet new people and look good with no makeup
11. Use a high amount of deodorant & perspirant before going for any sport and body mist if you use them, please
