I know I talked about how agriculture has fashion in my last post and since then I have been busy preparing for the event. As a blogger, I am being sponsored by the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa(FARA) and the Technical Center for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation to work as a Social Media Reporter for their African Agricultural Science Week 6 (#AASW) with the theme: Africa feeding Africa through Agricultural Science and Innovation.
Well its finally here and I would love to share this event with you, because this I believe is me paving way for all youth and our future development in terms of feeding and wealth actualization for both nations and individuals.
Agriculture is fashionable and now in Vogue. The question now though is: do you think you can you wear it bravely? You be the judge of that.... Farming and feeding Africa has become very important and beautiful over the years. Forget all the scientific jargon that you normally hear in the workplace, field or classroom, it is lot less and easier than those.
Just picture, a huge home with crops from cabbage, tomatoes, to lettuce, pepper and many more planted at the backyard, and all you have to do is wake up early in the morning, a basket in hand and just walk over to harvest some to cook a delicious meal for your family as Oprah Winfrey does on a regular basis or better yet, you can decide to own a large farm like the Australian Farming company, The Kidman Holdings, believed to be the eighth biggest landowners in the world, and Yes, it is owned by the family of the famous actress Nicole Kidman.

Do you like that thought already, now hold on to that thought as I enlighten you more on how to farm, best practices, finances, empowerment, innovation and many more in this week.
For more juiciness...lol.
Trust my guts....xoxox
